We have designed a diagnostic to help you understand your “employment-readiness”.

Employers make job offers, and pay salaries, so it makes sense to focus your career planning on what they want.

This questionnaire allows you to assess your own level of employment-readiness, AS WELL AS allowing others who know you to give their opinion too (anonymously!)

If there’s a gap between what you think and what others think, you need to know about it!

The requirement for at least 5 people is to ensure the anonymity feature “works”. Any fewer than 5 participants, and the temptation is to guess who said what! (The value lies not in guessing, but in thinking why anybody said what they said!)
