The good news about the recruitment chaos is that any alternative activity is an improvement. We’ve designed a workshop to boost confidence and competence.
There are big obstacles to finding a (first) job these days, the rise of AI, the lack of work experience opportunities, the chaotic recruitment process, huge numbers of applicants for each vacancy, rising taxes, individuals not knowing what they want to do, the dilemma of getting a job with an indifferent employer.
None of these challenges are improved by advice about how to write a CV, or how to prepare for an interview. Those application topics are only relevant because nobody wants to innovate the broken system, but as activities, they don’t really help individuals to grow.
Bizenko workshops are designed to improve this situation. We want individuals to “grow” towards employment. We want individuals to learn employment skills and information that will help them everyday for the rest of their lives, not just have relevance when they need to apply for work.

We’re running a series of workshops throughout the year. The content is based on a business discipline that has international credibility. The workshop will awards certificates from an international certification body (demonstrating to employers that recipients have employment-centric skills….. not just application skills).

We think this event would be ideal for any individuals who have finished exams and have months of free time to fill. Also individuals who are planners (who want to beat the rush after A levels and graduation).
