Acceptance of Bizenko rules

ACCEPTANCE OF Bizenko RULES

These rules set out the terms for use of the Bizenko website, which apply to all users.  Any submission of material by you to the website means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the terms and conditions of these Rules.

The Rules supplement our terms of website use and our privacy policy.

Bizenko is a website operated by Bizenko Limited.  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 6890701 and our main trading address is 1, The Poplars, Crooked Lane, Kirk Hammerton, North Yorkshire, YO26 8DG.

MODERATION

The website is not moderated. We will not be responsible as author, editor or publisher of any Contribution submitted to the Board and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Board by any person in contravention of these Rules.  We reserve the right to promptly remove, or to disable access to, any Contribution which we deem to be potentially defamatory of any person, unlawful or in violation of any third party rights.

USE OF THE WEBSITE BY MINORS

The use of the Website by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian.  We advise parents who permit their children to use the Website that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online.  Minors who are using the Website should be made aware of the potential risks to them and of their obligation to comply with these Rules when using the Website.

We will do our best to assess any possible risks to minors from third parties when they use the Website, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks.

SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

During our initial launch phase, please contact us at nick@bizenko.com in order to find out details for making any contribution.

If you wish your Contribution (or profile) to be anonymous, you have the opportunity to create an anonymous profile username.

Before making a Contribution you must register with bizenko by completing the registration form.  Your username and generic information about your commercial experience will appear as part of your Contribution when published.

To enable us to publish comments from as many different people as possible, please refrain from posting multiple Contributions.  Multiple Contributions may discourage others who might otherwise wish to take part.
