Bizenko exists to get individuals “match-fit” for employment.
To help individuals “grow” towards employment (rather than apply and hope), we’ve designed a workshop to boost employment confidence and competence.
There are big obstacles to finding a (first) job these days; the rise of AI, the lack of work experience opportunities, the inefficient recruitment process, huge numbers of applicants for each vacancy, rising taxes, individuals not knowing what they want to do, the dilemma of getting a job with an indifferent employer.
Bizenko workshops are designed to improve this situation. We want individuals to learn employment skills and information that will help them everyday for the rest of their lives. We want you to have more than just application skills that only have relevance when you need to apply for work.

We’re running a series of workshops throughout the year.
The next 2 day workshop is in central York on Tuesday 28th / Wednesday 29th July.
The content is based on a business discipline (quality management) that has international credibility, and never goes out of relevance. The workshop will awards certificates from an international certification body (demonstrating to employers that recipients have employment-centric skills….. not just application skills).

We think this event would be ideal for any individuals who have finished exams and have months of free time to fill. Also individuals who are planners (who want to beat the rush after A levels and graduation). If you know an ambitious individual who needs some help knowing the difference between an interview and a job offer, please book them a workshop place.
